Albert’s here to help get your kids eggcited about eating eggs! Nutrient-rich and packed with protein, did you know that one egg provides the same nutrients as a child’s multivitamin? Albert’s website is full of fun egg crafts, eggsperiments and kid-friendly recipes for you and your kids to try.

Ways to Connect with Albert

  1. Like Albert’s Facebook Page so your kids can follow Albert’s Journey across Alberta and learn more about our province. You can also find new puzzles, crafts, contests and more.
  2. Sign your kids up to join the Sunny Side Club, Albert’s fan club. They will receive a membership card in the mail and can participate in club-member contests to win a prize. Members of the Sunny Side Club will receive the Albert the Egg Magazine by mail every 3 months.
  3. Sign up to receive our monthly eNewsletter, full of seasonal crafts and kid-friendly egg recipes.
  4. Keep visiting Albert’s website for weekly updated content including new recipes, eggsperiments and more!
  5. Albert is always out-and-about across Alberta. Join him at an event being held in your city. We will announce upcoming appearances on his Facebook page and in the eNewsletters.

Egg Farmers of Alberta

Egg Farmers of Alberta is a not-for-profit organization that was incorporated in 1968, for the purpose of providing effective promotion, control and regulation of the marketing of eggs in Alberta.  EFA represents the province’s more than 170 registered egg farmers, who are dedicated to providing Albertans with a stable supply of fresh, high quality, nutritious, locally produced eggs.
